Hi James,
I would like to thank you very much for getting our riders and their bikes up to York on Friday.
The ride went well except for the weather yesterday, which in the afternoon as absolutely awful and unfortunately we had to pick up some of the riders who were unable to finish the ride because of it. Duncan Preston (of Emmerdale and dinnerladies fame) started the event off for us on Saturday morning and the weather then was really great – the one thing we have no control over is THE WEATHER!

Before I forget I just wanted to let you know that yesterday's trip to Ipswich was very successful. As you may recall, it was to attend the funeral of close friend so the circumstances were unfortunate, but the journey itself was stress-free and your company's service was very impressive.
Pick-up was on time and your driver, Kev, was professional throughout. He made extremely good time, we had comfort breaks on demand, and we arrived in good time at the Ipswich Transport Museum. I should add the vehicle itself was immaculately clean and comfortable, and we actually had 6 spare seats which added to the feeling of space. Our hosts at Ipswich included several current and former transport professionals who were evidently impressed by the vehicle.
Thanks to you we were able to relax and enjoy the kind hospitality of our hosts before and after the funeral service of our late friend, Peter.
The return trip was equally relaxing and comfortable, taking just under 4 hours - comparable timing with the outward leg. My colleagues, family and I have no hesitation in recommending your services to others.

A quick message of thanks for delivering us to and fetching us from Stansted airport.
Minnie is certainly very comfortable and you made very good time on both journeys. Meeting us with a flask of coffee and bottled water was a welcome and unexpected touch.
I've passed on some of your cards to people who might be in need of group transport in the future (there's a group of people from work who sometimes take short breaks to the continent). I have a few more cards in case anyone else comes to mind.
It was good to meet you after our various e-mails and phone calls.
